About

A native of Washington D.C., USA, James Haidak found his love for music when, at the age of 17, he bought his own Ableton music sequencer and proceeded to learn the craft of sound design and mixing.  Though producing electronic music was at first just a hobby, James decided to move to Amsterdam when he turned 23, fueled by his passion for music and sound production and drawn by the lure of techno and the many opportunities for honing his DJ-ing skills that Europe offered.

Despite fast gaining recognition in the Amsterdam clubbing scene and other electronic music festivals across the globe, James Haidak believes that the underground rave scene should be supported as it is integral to the growth and vitality of electronic music culture.  James Haidak

currently spends his time jet-setting between Koh Phangan, Thailand and Amsterdam, both places he considers his adopted homes.
